Commercial Irrigation Installers – Field / Ground Crew

Casual position.

Big commercial irrigation projects. Real machinery. A team worth staying with.

RADIX is a labour-hire partner, and we're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established WA water engineering and irrigation company, for experienced field and ground crew to work on larger commercial irrigation projects.

This is hands-on, in-the-field work on serious jobs, not backyard reticulation. We're after people who know commercial installation inside out, take pride in doing it right, and are looking for a stable crew to grow with long-term.

What you'll be doing:

- Installing commercial-scale irrigation systems from the ground up: trenching, laying pipe, fitting, connecting and commissioning.
- Working on larger commercial sites (schools, sporting grounds, agricultural and public projects, and similar).
- Operating machinery and plant safely on site where ticketed.
- Reading plans and working to spec alongside the site team.
- Keeping sites safe, tidy and running to schedule.

What we're looking for

- Genuine commercial irrigation experience: you've installed on larger commercial projects, not just residential/backyard reticulation.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and someone who wants to stick around and build with a good team.
- Ability to work as part of a crew and get the job done in the field.

Tickets & machinery (a big plus)

We'd love to see tickets and hands-on machinery experience, including:





- Crane and/or bobcat tickets.
- Civil-sized machinery experience: loader / skid steer, or trencher.
- A background in farming, civil, earthworks or similar heavy-machinery environments.

If you've got civil machinery tickets and experience, we're very keen to see your resume, even if commercial irrigation isn't your exact background.
