We’re a cosy, well-loved restaurant in South Cronulla, with loyal regulars and a friendly, supportive team.
We’re looking for experienced waitstaff with 2–3+ years in hospitality who value genuine service, consistency, and being part of a place known for great food and warm hospitality.
This role would suit someone a little more senior — confident taking the lead on the floor, supporting junior staff, and helping maintain smooth service — without stepping into a formal management position.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Dinner: Wednesday - Saturday
Lunch: Friday and Sunday
