As a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in rotary equipment in a urea manufacturing plant, your key role is responsible for the design, operation, Maintenance, and Optimization of rotary machinery within the urea production facility. This engineer will contribute to ensuring the reliable performance of rotary equipment, such as Compressors, Pumps, Turbines, and rotary dryers, to support the efficient and safe operation of the plant.

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 16 to 20 Years of experience required for the role
- Relevant experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably in a urea manufacturing plant or a similar chemical process industry focusing on rotary equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of rotary equipment design, operation,



and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing rotary equipment in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools for equipment design, analysis, and modelling.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor equipment-related projects. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in rotary equipment and urea manufacturing.
