Location: Sydney

In this role, you'll:

- Lead and grow a high-performing R&D; Tax practice within the Sydney market
- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients undertaking technical, scientific, and high-impact commercial projects
- Provide strategic oversight across engagements from early-stage eligibility through to submission and advisory delivery
- Drive business development initiatives and expand market presence across key industries
- Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships
- Mentor and develop Managers and senior team members, fostering a collaborative leadership culture
- Stay ahead of legislative and policy developments, contributing to firm-wide strategy and capability building




- Work closely with national leadership to shape growth initiatives and service offerings

Your Background We’re seeking someone who brings:

- 10+ years’ experience in R&D; Tax, innovation incentives, or related advisory services
- Demonstrated experience operating at Director, Associate Partner, or Partner level
- Strong business development capability with a track record of winning work
- Qualifications in Engineering, Science, IT, Accounting, Law, or similar
- Exceptional stakeholder management and commercial advisory skills
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- A strategic, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive practice expansion
