About the Role

We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support for a participant based in Craigieburn. This casual role involves assisting with daily support needs and helping the participant maintain their independence and quality of life.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and experienced in supporting people with complex care needs.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Female support worker preferred




- Fluent communication skills in both Punjabi and English
- Current Dysphagia training
- Experience supporting individuals following a stroke
- Confidence with manual handling, including hoist transfers
- Experience supporting participants who use an electric wheelchair
- A current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle

Participant Information

- Participant is currently residing at an aged care facility in Craigieburn.
- Support is provided on a one-to-one basis.

Available Shift

Monday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Wednesday: 10:00am - 1:00pm

Friday: 10:00am - 1:00pm
