As a Solution Architect you have a passion for expanding your knowledge of technology and business operations, coupled with exposure to conversing with executive level business-side clients on the opportunities, impacts and implications of complex technology architecture and solutions to clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide industry expertise, comfortable in conversing with executive level business-side clients on the opportunities, impacts and implications of Salesforce and other relevant technology.
- Design and develop technical solutions for medium to large and complex enterprise clients, from pre-sales/RFP process to project implementation.
- Perform estimations to accurately assess the time and effort required to deliver solutions.
- Identify new service opportunities while working with clients.
- Facilitate workshops, document business requirements and develop Solution Design Documents.
- Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into business and technical requirements.
- Develop prototypes to prove the solution approach and design.
- Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions from complex business requirements.
- Designing high-quality business solutions by contributing to a well thought out Solution Design from a technical and functional perspective including product configuration, user stories, business rules, etc.
- Present and discuss technology solutions with client executives and key stakeholders.
- Work with Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect in deriving optimal solutions in solving business challenges.
- Serve as functional lead on engagements, including providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Established leader and advisor in cross-technology issues and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a key functional member of project engagements, directly working with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Technical Architects and key client stakeholders.
- Involved in sprint planning activities, including work estimation as part of delivering agile Salesforce projects.




- Involved with resource planning and functional team deployments.
- Ownership and accountability of the technical engagement ensuring a timely and successful delivery of solutions, in particular technical domains such as data, integration and identity.
- Ensure solid governance and best practices are established on engagements.
- Guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology.
- Lead DevOps and establish CI/CD processes, tools and maintenance.
- Establish code management ensuring best practice and agreed standards are followed.
- Participate in the development of functional testing, perform SIT and unit testing, and deployment plans.
- Establish Release and Environment Management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation.
- Ownership of other operational areas - recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.
- Mentorship of other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 2+ years in a Solution Architect or lead technical design role.
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Sales, Service, and/or Industry Clouds) with hands-on background in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and configuration.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and producing Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Strong pre-sales experience, including RFP support, solution design, and effort estimation.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading technical delivery across DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and setting strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior and executive-level clients.




- Experience mentoring developers and functional consultants within delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices across data, security, integration, and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
- Specialist certifications (Integration Architecture Designer, Sharing & Visibility, Data Architecture & Management, Identity).
- Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Health Cloud, Education Cloud).
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience establishing architectural governance, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators.
- Strong DevOps experience including CI/CD tooling and enterprise release management practices.
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams and sprint planning activities.
- Proven ability to contribute to pre-sales growth and identify new service opportunities.
- Experience building and driving internal capability development (mentoring, onboarding, enablement).
- Demonstrated thought leadership in Salesforce architecture or enterprise solution design.
