What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT), Diploma, or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Room leader positions applicants must have relevant experience
Food Handlers:
Qualifications: Valid Food Safety or Food Handling Certification (NSW approved).
Experience: Prior experience in early education settings preferred but not essential.
Skills & Traits:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A vibrant, nurturing, and creative personality
- Tech-savvy or open to learning new platforms
- A genuine passion for early childhood and a deep respect for every child’s individual journey
- For food handlers: strong attention to hygiene, dietary safety, and kitchen management
Your Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging curriculum plans, ensure a safe, inclusive space, and promote holistic development.
Health & Safety:
Maintain ratios, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and respond proactively to children’s needs.

Foster open, warm relationships with families and contribute to building our service’s culture from day one.
