Protech is seeking experienced Civil Labourers with a Working Platform (WP) ticket & Roller Operators for ongoing civil projects across Western Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Monday to Friday work + optional Saturdays
- Excellent hourly rates + overtime + allowances
- Weekly pay

What You’ll Be Doing

Civil Labouring Duties:

- Installing fencing, signage, flagging and environmental controls
- General site clean-up and housekeeping
- Operating and working from elevated work platforms (WP ticket essential)
- Spotting machinery and working safely around services
- Assisting plant operators and site supervisors

Plant Operating (If ticketed):

- Roller
- Watercart
- Excavator

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Full Australian working rights
- White Card (Construction Induction)




- At least 6 months experience in civil earthworks
- Current driver’s licence + reliable transport
- Valid Tickets (essential for operator roles)
- Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
