Business Development Manager (Sydney – Office Based)

BMOS is Hiring | Business Development Manager – Logistics | Sydney

BMOS is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager for a growing transport & logistics client based in Sydney.

This role is focused on driving B2B growth, winning new accounts, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and win new B2B clients (retail, furniture, appliances)

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (2–3x targets)

Conduct discovery, proposals, and close high-value deals

Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting

Ensure smooth handover to operations team

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years B2B sales experience (logistics preferred)

Proven track record in new business acquisition

Solid pipeline management and closing skills

Ability to sell value (not discount-driven sales)

Must be based in Sydney (office-based role)

Location: Chipping Norton, Sydney (Office-based, Mon–Fri)
