We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. Our mission is to positively impact the community through integrated and networked service providers.

Key responsibilities:

- Experience with Aged care clients for Home care.
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance with support to elderly.
- Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.
- Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
- Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.




- Maintain a secure and supportive environment for clients.

Qualification:

- Australian work rights
- National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS verification check or willing to get one
- Minimum 6 months of experience as support worker
- Diver licensee with access to car is mandatory.
- Available to travel to different locations.
