The Opportunity
Join i-Help Disability Services as a Registered Nurse - Clinical Lead and take ownership of clinical governance within a supported living environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role, embedded within the home, where you will oversee clinical practice, guide support teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality care for participants with complex needs.
You will act as the clinical authority in office, working closely with support workers, families, and external healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, responsive care while building capability across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to support workers, ensuring safe and consistent care aligned with NDIS standards
- Oversee participant clinical care plans, health documentation and risk assessments
- Ensure accurate medication management, including administration, storage, documentation and staff competency
- Train, mentor and coach support workers to build clinical capability and confidence
- Liaise with GPs, hospitals, allied health professionals and families to coordinate care
- Maintain a strong on-the-floor presence, supervising and guiding practice in real time
- Conduct clinical audits and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
- Identify, manage and escalate clinical risks and incidents appropriately
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to align clinical and day-to-day service delivery

Experience & Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Proven experience in disability, mental health or complex care environments
- Demonstrated experience in medication management and clinical oversight
- Experience mentoring or training support staff (highly regarded)
- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical compliance requirements
Role Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver Licence
- Willingness to maintain a strong on-site presence within a house-based setting (minimum three days per week)

Pay: $69,536.85 – $143,590.03 per year
