The Opportunity

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant based in Australia who wants to build a long-term advisory practice instead of simply working a traditional accounting role.

This is a partnership chance where you will work directly with business owners, understand their challenges, present our CFO Services and AI Powered CFO solution, and help convert qualified opportunities into clients.

Your Responsibilities

- Speak with qualified business owners who enquire about our services.
- Understand the client's business and financial challenges.
- Demonstrate the value of our CFO Services and AI Powered CFO.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals where required.
- Close new engagements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure successful service delivery.




- Work closely with the CFOSurge leadership team to grow the Australian market.

Who We're Looking For

- Chartered Accountant based in Australia.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in advisory rather than compliance alone.
- Ability to independently manage client conversations from first meeting through engagement.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to grow a long-term practice.

Compensation

This is a 50:50 revenue-sharing partnership.

For every client you successfully close and manage, the revenue generated from the engagement will be shared equally between you and CFOSurge.

There is no cap on earnings. As your client portfolio grows, your recurring income grows as well.
