Talent Success is in a growth stage and are looking of reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers for upcoming opportunities across New South Wales.

We are seeking people who are passionate about supporting individuals to live safely, independently and confidently within their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support based on individual care plans
- Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily living activities
- Support community access, appointments and social activities
- Assist with meal preparation and light household duties
- Provide medication assistance where trained and authorised
- Support clients with mobility and manual handling requirements
- Maintain accurate progress notes and incident records
- Promote client choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or a related qualification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check, where required
- National Police Check




- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Australian working rights
- Availability for a range of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs, behaviours of concern or high-intensity supports will be highly regarded
