An established and much-loved café in Glebe is looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys providing genuine customer service, and thrives in a busy café environment.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee
- Maintaining speed and quality during busy service
- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude
- Taking orders and handling POS transactions
- Assisting with food service when required
- Keeping the coffee station clean and well stocked
- Dialling in coffee and maintaining equipment
- Opening and/or closing the café as rostered
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
About You
You'll ideally have:
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy café
- Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills
- Confidence working independently on the coffee machine
- A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends
