LearnEd Training is expanding and are currently looking for Trainer/Assessor to deliver the Cert III Individual Support in Mirrabooka, Clarkson, Rockingham & Armadale. Only 1-2 days face to face delivery rest is via Zoom/online delivery.

ABOUT US
We are a highly regarded funded RTO who provides nationally accredited training. Our aim is to not only develop the knowledge and skills but to also build confidence, self-esteem and create life-changing moments for our students.

We are currently looking for trainer/assessor to deliver the following course :

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, HACC, and Disability)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant and current industry experience for the qualification you are training
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated recent classroom training and assessment experience
- Relevant and current aged/disability sector knowledge and experience (min. 3 years)




- Demonstrated classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine interest and passion for helping others
- Strong personal organisational and time management skills
- The ability to build strong rapport with industry and successfully place students into work placement
- Excellent computer skills
