Assist with:

- Planning and coordinating all on-site construction activities
- Daily site inspections
- Liaising with subcontractors and foreman
- Safe Work Method Statements, revision and approval
- Preparation of progress claims
- Monitoring project budget and variations
- Prepare and create site reports, as well as complete any necessary paperwork

- Monitoring compliance with health and safety policies are obeyed
- Overseeing the delivery of materials
- Maintaining job management system records

Qualifications

- Degree qualified: 1+ years’ experience, with significant on-site experience including concrete works
- Experience with Sydney Water Work would be viewed favourably.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal




- Ability to think and react quickly to any difficulties which may arise in the workplace
- High level of organisational skills
- Must be proficient in the use of MS 365 Suite & MS Project
- Proficiency desirable in the use of AutoCAD or similar
- Estimating Software – Cubit or similar

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
