About the Role

As a Performance Marketer, you'd own paid acquisition strategy across channels, drive measurable growth, and work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to optimise spend and maximise ROI. The scope and seniority of the role will be matched to your experience.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Own performance marketing budgets and allocate spend based on data-driven insights. Build and monitor dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key performance metrics.
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay across platform updates, industry trends, and emerging channels.
What We're Looking For
- Must be based in Australia. Open to all experience levels, from junior marketers to senior practitioners.
- Agency experience, or a genuine willingness to work in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn) preferred; depth of experience will shape the level of the role.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and marketing analytics tools.
- Interest in or experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary open, dependent on level and experience, plus superannuation.
