We are a private Medical Practice in Ballajura seeking a Practice nurse to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate should have:

- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Experience in General Practice setting
- Current Vaccination Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- To be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valuable computer skills

Job Description:

The candidate must be able to perform all aspects of treatment room duties including but not limited to:

- Wound Care management
- Cold Chain management
- Immunisation
- ECG, Spiro, Iron Infusion
- Infection control
- Assisting with minor surgical procedures
- Emergency Triage
- Acute illness and injury assessment
- General maintenance and care of instruments and equipment
- Sterilisation
- Stock Ordering
- Manage recalls
- Experience in preparation of Health Assessments
- Co-ordination of treatment and doctors rooms
- Experience with accreditation desired but not essential
