Commis Chef – Part Time (Italian Restaurant, Glen Waverley)

We are an established Italian restaurant in Glen Waverley seeking a motivated and reliable Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a part-time, flexible hours basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment assisting with daily service and food preparation across lunch and dinner service.

About the role

- Food preparation for lunch and dinner service
- Supporting senior chefs during service
- Maintaining consistency, presentation, and portion standards
- Stock rotation and assisting with basic kitchen operations
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
