Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. Your Responsibilities

- Assemble roller shutters, roller grilles, and aluminium door components.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Measure and fit components accurately.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Perform manual handling and safely lift materials up to 20kg.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a similar role.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work.




- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Two contactable work references.
- Full Australian working rights.

Desirable:

- Experience assembling aluminium products, doors, windows, roller shutters, or similar products.
- Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
