The Role

We are looking for talented Commercial Litigators to join Russells as we expand our practice. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level with a well-resourced firm that provides a happy collegiate environment and mentoring at all levels.

Working in one of our Litigation teams, you will have direct access to a Partner and Team Leader, be supported by an experienced EA, have access to complex, challenging work across commercial litigation, dispute resolution,



insolvency and reconstruction and business advice and be paid an above market salary with transparent and rewarding bonuses.

You

You will have experience in the superior Courts, robust knowledge of the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act and the Australian Consumer Law. Experience in construction is highly desirable.

In addition, you will have a proven ability to work autonomously, strong client service skills, high attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
