ROLE
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented and experienced project lead architect with experience in delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects to join our team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in apartment planning for high density living and high-end luxury multi-residential
- Exemplary client engagement skills
- Registered architect with 10+ years’ experience of multi-residential projects
- Ability to manage teams and large-scale (300+ apartments) projects and from design development to completion
- Comprehensive understanding of contractual responsibilities including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
- Excellent technical knowledge, documentation & Revit skills
