Cook

At Piccolo Trattoria, we are looking for a full time (with 38 hours per week) skilled Cook to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities

- Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
- Support the ordering of food and supplies
- Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
- Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
- Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner cooking process
- Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers

Requirements

- The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience
- A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.

Position: Full Time

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: 361 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, WA 6008
