diverse customer base.

We are looking to hire Test Lead to join our team full time who will be working onsite in
Melbourne CBD.

Role Purpose

The Test Lead is responsible for delivering end to end testing and quality outcomes across critical enterprise programs This role leads all testing phases for the Workforce Management replacement program and supports additional initiatives across data platforms and collections tools.



The position ensures robust testing governance, high quality delivery, risk visibility, and production ready outcomes across complex, multivendor environments.

Skills

- Test strategy, test planning, and test governance leadership
- Strong handson experience with JIRA for test management, defect tracking, and reporting
- Understanding and exposure to UiPath or similar RPA tools, particularly for integration and datadriven testing
- Defect management and quality metrics reporting

Experience

- Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager on large, complex transformation
- programsExperience leading testing for large-scale workforce management or HR transformation programs involving enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience working in multivendor and hybrid delivery models
- Robust understanding of SIT, UAT, data validation, and downstream integration testing
