Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members and follow up on leads.
- Book appointments for gym tours, orientations, and personal training consultations.
- Assist with membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
- Process memberships, payments, and maintain accurate member records.
- Promote gym services, personal training, and upcoming events.
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and professional.
- Support the management team with daily administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with members to create a positive community atmospher
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone and making sales calls.
- A positive attitude with a robust customer service focus.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous reception, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
