About the Role
As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the day to-day operations of the club while creating a welcoming environment where members feel supported to achieve their fitness goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the club team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly growth targets.
- Conduct club tours and help prospective members find the right membership.
- Build relationships within the local community through events and partnerships.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club.
- Manage member enquiries, retention, and administrative tasks.
- Support members on their fitness journey and create an inclusive club culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service,
or the fitness industry.
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- A self-motivated, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily club operations.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed.
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness is an advantage but not essential.
