Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep
- Cook a range of wok dishes, including fried rice and stir-fried dishes
- Prepare and cook teppanyaki-style dishes
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
- Check stock levels and prepare ingredient and supply orders
- Receive and organise deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected workstation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Assist with other kitchen duties when required

About You

- No previous kitchen experience required
- Willing to learn cooking and kitchen preparation
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Looking for stable, long-term work

Pay: $26.50 per hour
