Disability Support Worker – Mandurah & Baldivis

About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Mandurah and surrounding suburbs.

In this role, you will support participants with:

- Daily living activities
- Personal care
- Community participation
- Engaging in meaningful activities aligned with participants’ goals
- Providing respectful, person-centred support

Both short and long shifts are available depending on participant needs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have (or be willing to obtain):

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
- Dementia Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WA) or willingness to obtain
- Valid National Police Clearance
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication competency certificate
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence




- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Proof of working rights in Australia (Passport / Birth Certificate / Visa)
- Comfortable working in environments where dogs may be present
