Reserves Coach Wanted: Watsonia Sporting Club

The Watsonia Sporting Club is seeking a reserves coach to join the club ahead of the 2024 season.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective coaching strategies.
– Foster skill development and teamwork among players.
– Inspire and motivate the Reserves team to achieve peak performance.
– Collaborate with the broader coaching staff to ensure a cohesive and successful season.

Requirements:
– Proven coaching experience in Aussie Rules or related sports.
– Solid leadership and communication skills.
– A passion for player development and team success.
