FOH Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Front of House Team Leader to help lead our service team and support smooth daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest experience, team coordination, and maintaining high service standards.

What you’ll do

- Lead and support FOH staff during service.
- Assign sections and coordinate hosts, servers, bar and pass.
- Set the tone for great guest service and team presentation.
- Welcome and seat guests during busy periods.
- Handle guest feedback and minor service issues promptly.
- Support training of new team members.
- Assist with cash handling, till counts, and end-of-shift reporting.
- Help communicate shift priorities and keep service running smoothly.

- Previous hospitality or FOH experience.




- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Calm under pressure during busy service periods.
- A hands-on team player who leads by example.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Reliability, initiative, and a professional attitude.

Hours and pay

- Casual/partime shifts with consistent hours available for the right people
- Mix of lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends, based on roster
- Pay in line with the Restaurant Industry Award, with higher rates on evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Staff meals/discounts and opportunities to grow within the Casa Nova group

Pay: $33.85 – $47.18 per hour
