Diploma Qualified Educator – Seaford Early Learning Centre

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

Seaford Early Learning Centre is a welcoming, community-focused early learning service committed to providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our supportive team.

About the Role-As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will work collaboratively with our educators to deliver high-quality education and care for children. You will support the implementation of meaningful learning experiences and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build positive relationships with children, families and team members
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Contribute to observations, documentation and daily routines





About You

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check
- RRHAN
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
