We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 6 days a week and are seeking Manager who will be responsible for supporting the owners in successfully operating this exciting eatery. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
-An understanding of the expectations of a RestaurantManager in a fast-paced cafe/ restaurant environment.
-Proven success in a hospitality management role and previous experience in a fast paced, restaurant essential.

Executive Chef, Simon Sandall, is set to add restauranteur to his already impressive CV, opening Boronia Kitchen early June 2018. Boronia Kitchen is a contemporary local eatery serving up quality home-style food with exceptional service in a relaxed and intimate restaurant setting in the vibrant community of Hunter's Hill.
