Join the Castlereagh Feeds Team as a Sales Representative (Full Time)

Are you passionate about agriculture and enjoy building solid customer relationships?

Castlereagh Stockfeeds is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Sales representative to help grow our presence in northern NSW.

About the Role:

This is a full time, split role with alternate weeks - one week being field-based, travelling throughout your allocated sales territory (from Tamworth/ Hunter Valley Region up to NSW Border) and one week working from home with the aim of:

· Visiting existing customers and strengthening long-term relationships.

· Identifying and developing new business opportunities

· Working with retailers, wholesalers, breeders and trainers.

· Promoting and educating our customers on the Castlereagh Feeds product range.

· Gathering market insights and customer feedback to provide to the team.

· Representing Castlereagh Feeds at field days, events and industry functions when required.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:





· Has a genuine interest in agriculture.

· Knowledge within the equine industry would be an advantage (but not essential)

· Is confident in communicating with people from all backgrounds

· Is self-motivated, can work independently and manage their own schedule

· Holds a current NSW driver’s license

· Previous sales experience is an advantage but confidence, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
