We are seeking an Administrator People Services to provide an effective, timely, high quality HR administration processing functions for HR administration activities within our People Services Department. This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Ballarat in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role

Reporting to the Lead Administration People Services, responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming general HR enquiries via our Servicehub system providing timely and accurate information and re-directing where appropriate
- Input and maintain employee / volunteer data into the Human Resource Information System (CHRIS21)
- Process employee onboarding and filing of documents
- Provide support and direction to employees with the use of self-service options

About you

Whilst desirable, a diploma, degree or industry certification is not essential. Our ideal candidate however will have relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include but not limited to:





- Demonstrated human resources or personnel administration experience
- Demonstrated understanding of HR administration regulations, practices and relevant legislation
- Experience in developing and coordinating effective administrative processes
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems
- High attention to detail with advanced numeracy and literacy skills
