Protech is seeking experienced Road Maintenance Labourers & Team Leaders to join a growing team delivering road maintenance and infrastructure works across Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Night Shift
- Start ASAP
- Weekly Pay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance labourer (Monday -Friday)

- Pothole repairs
- Vegetation control & maintenance
- Litter collection & site clean-up
- General road & maintenance duties

Team Leader (Sunday - Thursday)

- Lawn and vegetation maintenance
- Supervising & overseeing a small team to ensure daily tasks are completed
- Maintaining centre medians by removing dirt, debris etc
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently in accordance with roadwork procedures

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience working on roads or road maintenance projects
- HR license (essential for both positions)
- Valid White Card
- Leadership skills (TL role)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to commit to ongoing night shift work + OT
- Full working rights

Pay: $51.00 – $60.00 per hour

- Road Maintenance : 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (Preferred)
- HR Licence (Preferred)
