About the Role

As a Cleaning Professional, you will work alongside experienced team members delivering high-quality residential cleaning services throughout the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne's South East suburbs.

Every day is different, with the opportunity to help busy families, elderly clients and NDIS participants enjoy cleaner, healthier and more comfortable homes.

You will begin as a casual employee, with a genuine pathway to permanent full-time employment once you have demonstrated consistent performance, reliability, enthusiasm and competency.

This is a full-time workload, offering approximately 38–40 hours per week.

Our team meets each morning at our Carrum Downs office before travelling to scheduled jobs.

What We Offer

- Competitive hourly rate of $27.00–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience and role.




- Approximately 38–40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday roster.
- Consistent daytime hours between approximately 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
- Casual employment with a genuine pathway to permanent full-time employment.
- Paid travel time between jobs.
- Kilometre reimbursement when using your own vehicle for work-related travel.
- Professional uniforms, equipment and cleaning products supplied.

Previous Experience

Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Reliable transport preferred, however not essential.
- Available to work Monday to Friday.
- Able to meet at our Carrum Downs office each morning.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work throughout the day.
- Current Australian working rights.
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check at your own expense.
