STEM Educator & Coordinator (Robotics & Engineering)

Location: Sydney Hills Territory (14 Suburbs: Castle Hill ↔ Eastwood ↔ Pennant Hills) Pay Rate: $32.00/hr

[ WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE ]

We don’t do "boring." Every shift is a quick-paced mix of tech-mastery and leadership.

- The Prep (30 Mins): Arrive at the venue, set up workstations, and prep the Lego® Engineering kits. Double-check the build of the day—stay sharp.
- The Delivery (1.5 Hours): Showtime. Lead K-6 students through engineering principles and robotics coding. You’re the Lead Engineer in the room.
- The Pack-Up: Lead a quick, efficient reset of the specialized kits and ensure the venue is spotless.
- The Logistics: On kit-swap days, coordinate a pickup/drop-off with a fellow educator (e.g., Blacktown/Hills). Note: We add an extra 30 mins of pay for kit transfers.
- The Vacation Vibe: During holidays,



scale up to Full-Day or Half-Day Vacation Camps. It’s a masterclass in Event Management and a great way to boost your earnings.

- The Tech-Savvy Student: You’re in STEM (Engineering, IT, Science) and want a "Main Quest" role.

[ THE MUST-HAVES ]

- 5 - days availability would be great
- The Wheels: Valid Driver’s License and your own reliable car (Required).
- The Territory: 14 suburbs bounded by Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Northmead, Eastwood, Pennant Hills, Thornleigh, and Cherrybrook.
- Mastery: Willingness to practice builds at home. We play to win—mastery is expected.
- Paperwork: Willingness to obtain a Skilled WWCC and First Aid cert.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
