We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide support and assistance to a 28-year old female with a traumatic brain injury, this care will help her live independently in her home.

Duties include but not limited too
- Community access for appointments and social outings
- Assistance with Allied health tasks
- Manual handling
- Domestic assistance
Documentation and reporting

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shifts available:
- 10am to 2pm Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesday and Saturday
- 3pm to 6pm Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to provide transport to and from medical and social activities in their own vechicle.
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
Certificate III (Ageing or Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)
