Tijuanas in Manly is seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant.
We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for a manager who shares our passion for fun and great service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness, ambience and organization of the venue.
- Lead staff training and development programs
- Deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labour expenses
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, bonus points for South American experience
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid work rights in Australia
- RSA Certificate
- Fluent in English
