The Role

As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their homes and in the community. Your day may include:

- Daily living support and personal care
- Community access, social outings, and appointments
- Meal preparation and healthy routine support
- Creative activities like arts, crafts, and hobbies
- Building confidence through positive, person‑centred interactions

About You

You’re someone who brings heart, creativity, and emotional intelligence to your work. You have:





- Great organisational skills that help create calm, structured environments
- A love for cooking and making meals meaningful
- A passion for arts and crafts
- A sociable, outgoing personality that helps clients feel comfortable and engaged
- The ability to read social cues and respond with empathy
- A hard‑working, reliable, and positive attitude

Previous experience working with participants with neurological or psychosocial disabilities preferred; however we welcome motivated applicatiants who are willing to learn and develop new skills.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Availability for flexible casual shifts

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
