Site Manager / Project Manager – Commercial Office fitout
We have several office fitout projects in the pipeline and seeking available candidates interested in joining our team.
Flexible and willing to consider either project-based work, full time or part-time or ABN.
Seeking someone with some knowledge and experience in office fitouts or with a trade/background in construction.
Needs to have basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- communicate with trades and subcontractors
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Keep up to date with documentation – quality, safety, etc.
- Monitor and manage the scheduling and progress
- Able to help resolve site issues
- Ensure works are completed to specification, budget and programme
