This is an exciting opportunity to learn directly from our Principal and leading agents while gaining hands-on experience in a high-performing, supportive environment. You’ll be guided every step of the way as you build a long-term career within a forward-thinking and respected real estate brand.
About the role
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with our sales team to support day-to-day operations while learning all aspects of residential real estate, including:
- Assisting lead agents with property campaigns and client management
- Attending open homes and private inspections
- Buyer and seller follow-up and database management
- Supporting marketing initiatives and listing preparation
- Learning negotiation, sales processes, and market knowledge

SKILLS
- Previous experience in real estate is not essential but will be highly regarded
- Passionate about real estate and building a long-term career
- Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated
- Strong communication and people skills
- Qualified, reliable, and well-presented
- A current driver’s licence is essential
