About the Role
We are currently seeking an Orchard Operator / Farm Hand to join our pistachio farm in Robinvale, Victoria. This role will assist with a range of hands-on tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the property.

The successful applicant would be available to work some weekends and shift work (including nights) when required throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

- Tractor operation and general machinery maintenance
- Tree pruning with a chainsaw and secateurs
- Harvest machinery operation
- Irrigation maintenance
- Orchard maintenance and manual field work
- Land/soil preparation, spraying of fertilizer and pesticide solutions
- Orchard development work

Skills and Experience





- Demonstrated experience in farm machinery operation, including tractor experience
- Attention to detail
- Solid written and verbal skills
- Certified in the use of chemicals
- Team player and willingness to learn new skills
- Safety-focused mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Drivers Licence essential
- Must have fulltime Australian work rights
