Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in gathering and organizing documents for Partner Visa, Sponsored Visa, Skill Assessment, and other applications as required.
- Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, including e-lodging, to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and other relevant authorities.
- Assist in tracking and managing the progress of visa applications, ensuring everything is completed on time.
- Communicate with clients and migration agents to provide updates on visa applications.
- Help the team stay on top of deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the migration agents or management.
- Maintain a high degree of responsiveness towards customers.
- Ensure that the contact details of the clients are accurate and updated when there are changes.




- Maintain a positive customer database for follow-up purposes.
- Ensure that targets or KPIs set are achieved or exceeded

What you'll need to succeed:

- Working full-time.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Understanding the Australian Visa System.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, especially in managing client expectations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a willingness to assist where needed.
