Total Quality Employment Solutions (TQES) is a licensed Victorian labour-hire provider. We supply qualified care and education staff to aged care, disability, and early childhood education services across Melbourne.

The Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Melbourne client base. This is a field-based, B2B sales role. You will be the face of TQES meeting facility managers, understanding their staffing gaps, and securing service agreements.

What You Will Do

- Grow the business: Prospect aged care, disability, and early childcare education & care services in person and by phone.
- Build relationships: Connect directly with key decision-makers who manage rosters and centres, including Facility Managers, Directors of Nursing, Service Supervisors, and Centre Directors.
- Solve roster issues: Present TQES staffing as the ultimate solution for shift coverage and compliance.
- Close deals: Negotiate and sign new service agreements, then hand them over to our recruitment team.
- Track success:



Maintain a clean sales pipeline and report weekly activity.

What You Will Need

- Sales experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of aged care, disability, or early childhood education sectors is highly regarded.
- Great communication: A confident, resilient approach to prospecting and closing deals.
- Mobility: A current Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
