We’re a young, growing chiropractic clinic in Perth’s northern suburbs and we’re on the lookout for a receptionist to join our team.
Start date - end of August/ early September
About the role:
- Permanent Part time - offering ~25-28 hours per week
- Be available for morning shifts (7:30am - 12pm) and/or afternoon shifts (1-7pm)
- Flexibility to cover the occassional Saturday morning
- Paid onboarding & training provided
- Being the face of our clinic - greeting clients with warmth & professionalism
- Managing booking, scheduling and maintaining a smooth flow in the office
- Handling phone and email communication
- Processing payments and general reception duties
- Assisting with social media (Instagram) and admin tasks
Our ideal candidate:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (must love interacting with people!)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Interest in health & wellness
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & Instagram
- Ability to follow systems and processes
- Customer service experience preferred
- Keen eye for instagram and social media also a big tick!
