The Opportunity
As Electrical Superintendent , you will lead, mentor, and coordinate electrical teams to safely deliver project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical crews across installation, maintenance, testing, and repairs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and Work Procedures
- Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Drive safety culture, ensuring correct PPE and safe work practices
- Contribute hands on when required—troubleshooting, installing, and repairing equipment
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance management
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, including scheduling and forecasting
- Prepare cost forecasts and align with maintenance plans
- Build strong relationships with client representatives onsite
What You Bring
- Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical preferred)
- Proven experience in underground mining
- Leadership experience managing crews in high risk environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and adapt in a agile environment
- Current driver’s licence & ability to obtain National Police Clearance
