Quest Bella Vista is a 147-apartment property located in Sydney’s North West, in the heart of the Norwest Business Park. Quest Bella Vista offers a relaxed, comfortable stay experience, ideal for both short visits and extended stays.

Quest Bella Vista is now seeking enthusiastic Front of House / Baristas / F&B; All Rounders to join our friendly and growing team. We have flexible opportunities available, with plenty of hours providing consistency and stability, and both AM and PM shifts on offer.

About the role

This is a guest-facing, hands-on role where you’ll help deliver a warm, efficient and well-presented dining experience. You’ll support our breakfast buffet, café-style service and bar/beverage operations, as well as assist with room service where required.

Key responsibilities

- Taking customer food and drink orders
- Making coffees and a range of beverages
- Preparing and servicing the morning breakfast buffet
- Delivering strong knowledge of our menu and assisting guests with recommendations
- Upselling menu items and drinks to customers
- Processing POS transactions accurately
- Taking room service orders and assisting with deliveries to guest rooms




- Assisting with food running to tables and rooms
- Supporting bar and beverage operations
- Setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate guests
- Assisting with front of house side work to maintain a clean and orderly environment

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in front of house, café, bar or hotel F&B; (barista experience highly regarded)
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer service focus
- Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong personal presentation and attention to detail
- Responsible approach to hygiene, cleanliness and food handling
- RSA preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays (AM and PM shifts available)
- The right to work in Australia
