Are you an experienced SAA Accredited Electrician ready to take the next step into a leadership role with one of Australia's growing commercial renewable energy businesses?
We're partnering with a highly respected electrical and renewable energy contractor delivering commercial solar and battery storage projects across NSW. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we're seeking an experienced SAA Accredited Electrician / Team Leader to lead installation crews while remaining hands-on in the field.

About the Role As the SAA Accredited Electrician / Team Leader, you'll lead a team delivering commercial solar and battery installations across a variety of projects throughout NSW.
You'll remain hands-on while overseeing installation quality, ensuring compliance, maintaining safety standards and supporting your team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial solar and battery installation teams
- Complete electrical installation, commissioning and testing works
- Ensure all installations comply with Australian Standards and industry regulations
- Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate daily site activities and allocate work across the team
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure exceptional workmanship
- Liaise with project managers, clients and internal stakeholders
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across all projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
About You To be successful, you'll bring:
- Current Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) Accreditation
- Battery Installer Endorsement
- Current unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Proven experience leading electrical installation teams
- Solid background in commercial solar and battery installations
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Current Driver Licence
- Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer outcomes
