Position Details
- Location: Prestons, NSW (Near Liverpool)
- Shift: Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Rate: $32.31 per hour
- Employment: Long-term casual with permanent contract prospect
- Career Progression: Permanent positions available after successful probationary period
About the Role
This is a physically demanding warehouse picker position involving significant manual handling and heavy lifting (Up to 20 KG).
You'll be working in a fast-paced distribution environment using RF scanning technology to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanning systems
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
· Using a manual pallet jack, so there’s quite a bit of walking throughout the day.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all picking activities
- Work efficiently to meet daily KPI targets
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain organized work areas and equipment
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Previous warehouse and RF scanning experience (essential)
- Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition with ability to perform heavy lifting consistently
- Reliability: Outstanding attendance record and punctuality
- Attention to Detail:
High accuracy in order picking and scanning
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to productivity and quality standards
